- dentro MS-Dos EGA NOSTALGIA
- The demozoo link shows two versions of this prod. They actually work both in DOSBox. Yet for an unknown reason DOSBox runs the whole thing very slowly (like 6fps instead of native EGA framerate). The demo starts with a linking step of the assets in memory, which takes at most a couple of seconds on a real machine and 70 seconds (on my machine) in DOSBox. All in all, DOSBox doesn't do justice to this prod.

- 16k Amstrad CPC TriangulArt by Impact
- Love it. Triangubatman is funny. Good idea to show pictures a second time but with double buffer. Nice end. The whole thing brings some fresh air in the CPC demo scene (I try too, in my prods).

- 16k Amstrad CPC 2021 a CPC Odyssey by cpcitor & The Other Days [web]
- Thanks all for your feedback. Hehe, thanks @norecess for noticing my sense of details! Youtube links pending: for common 60Hz displays , and for 50Hz displays, to preserve smooth scrolling even on a modern machine.

- 16k Amstrad CPC 2021 a CPC Odyssey by cpcitor & The Other Days [web]
- Thanks @psenough for the feedback. The real challenge here is animating nearly 100 stars in 3D on a CPC. Scrolltext is also 50Hz fluid, yet platform limitation: simplest code implies this speed, slowing it down would have made code much more complicated.

- Still downloadable after nearly 11 years. Nice to see prods for simpler hardware.

- 4k Amstrad CPC Moody by Vanity [web]
- I guess the moving sequences are time-limited because they are actually precomputed during the still parts. Some details (deformations of top and bottom lines and a "flattened corner" at one point in time) hint that the program precomputes a series of "frames" compressed as "distance hint", one byte per column, 160 bytes per frame. Once memory is full, frames are rendered with a "lazy" algorithm (that only paints height differences). This looks like I want to do, yet a little differently. Amirite?
