• It would help if you told me that you had an MSVC DLL problem.
  And if you REALLY read the .nfo, you could read that the DLL is not required. In fact it's not even used unless you specifically specify the 'fullscreen' commandline option.
  So yes, this Java program is still 100% platform-indepentent. In fact, Chip reported that it ran on his linux box just fine.

  You are the one 'beefing yourself up' because you wrote some partyhack demos and worked on some games. That doesn't exactly make you special in the scene you know, and it certainly doesn't give you the right to just flame and annoy other people.
  There's plenty of people that have written way better demos and games than you. So who the hell do you think you are anyway?

• For mindless trolling and personal vendetta-stuff in production-threads I wouldn't use the word 'talent'. I think 'bad and annoying character trait' would be more fitting.
  
  I don't go flaming in all your production threads either because I think you're an arrogant lamer, do I?
  Go write a demo or something. One that's actually good for a change. This demo may not be good, I know that. But the stuff you put out so far isn't exactly at a higher level. Just incohereht party-hacks.
