- demo Windows Persistent by Wipe [web] & ukonx [web]
- A nicely designed and coded demo, but I just found the pacing too relaxed for my tastes.

- demo Windows (we took the) greenpill by Haujobb
- Haujobb demos generally have a special brand of strangeness, unique atmosphere, great graphics, and decent coding, which makes them very likeable in my opinion. This particular demo has all of the above qualites, but next to nothing actually happens. Just watching the first 10 seconds gives a pretty accurate idea of what the entire demo is about.

- demo Windows toys by Gods [web]
- Oh dear, this *is* cheesy... Ripped music and a schmaltzy design.
It also seems a little unbalanced. The opening waltz is followed by a misplaced section that at first glance seems like the beginning of a story element or something. Unfortunately, it turns out to be nothing more than overly long credits.
Is it now over? No. The demo resumes with some more hyper-cheesy toy stuff.
I appreciate the amount of work that went into this production, but the concept just made me wanna puke. - sucksadded on the 2001-12-05 08:17:54
- demo Windows Time Machine by ADDiCT [web]
- This is really good. 3D scenes with a strong sense of coherency. You've got the globe, the clock, and the guy who brings the globe to the clock. (Or whatever...)
Sounds like a story demo? Sort of, but not really. The whole thing is abstract, but with a good sense of direction and purpose. Well designed, and it moves quite fast too. (Both code and pacing!)
One of my favourite demos. - rulezadded on the 2001-12-05 08:02:46
- demo Windows This Is by Orion [web]
- A really great idea for a production. I often show it to people who have never seen a demo before. (But to be honest, it usually raises more questions than it answers. Oh well...) Nicely designed, nicely executed, and it definitely has that elusive 'common thread' between scenes, something which I always long to see in demos.

- demo Windows Tesla by Sunflower [web]
- Make no mistake about it, this is a well put together demo. But the style just didn't do anything for me. It was fine to watch once due to very polished look, but the atmosphere left me feeling cold.

- demo Windows Stuff I whacked together when I was bored by Trauma
- There's some good stuff in this demo, and it runs at a decent framerate. Apart from the middle sections featuring a magic wand, most scenes don't have any transitions or common threads. In summary, the usual stuff, but nicely executed.

- demo Windows Spot by Exceed [web]
- The beginning is really great, but everything else is a bit, well, long-winded and lackluster. Animation of objects and stuff is really wonderful, as is the software-rendering. What I found odd was the telling an almost non-existant story.

- demo Windows malfunction by Unique [web]
- 3D scenes with music, overlays and occasional blobby objects. (Blobjects?!?) It's okay and runs decently enough, but there's nothing to get excited about. The best part may have been the music...

- demo Windows slavery by Fairlight [web]
- I can't add anything to the above statements. An okay production, not much else.
