- demo Windows energia by Sunflower [web]
- Yeh, it's nice.... still.... this demo has some nice bits, some really awful ones, and well.... We have seen the very same thing from them the last two years now. Different graphicians and color palettes don't hide that. The dog called Sunflower didn't learn any new tricks for a long time.
Tesla's a better ride. Period. - isokadded on the 2001-08-29 02:07:23
- demo Dreamcast Delicious by Yodel [web]
- long is not the word, indeed. The video suffers from some 'next-neighbour' crap what makes it really bad-looking.
Excellently tracked to the music. Heavy references to the mood of the audio and visuals. (The scene with the speaker cones is a damn clever bit)
I'm a real dope for the music itself: I play it multiple times every day since first seeing it.
My own personal Robotnik for Dreamcast. I'm gonna have to buy one real soon. - rulezadded on the 2001-08-29 02:01:28

- Rethink this: you're voting on your own product. Some would hunt you down for sports just for doing that.
Love to give my view on the mdisk itself, but the download is currently chugging all the way from hungary at an amazing 134bps. Better upload that baby to something fast soon =) - isokadded on the 2001-08-29 01:23:37

- demo MS-Dos Windows Realtime Radiosity 2 by Broncs [web]
- Yes, well...here's me thinking that demos were all about trying to get the ultimate out of your machine, or a least *faking* it. "7800 phong polys" and "262144 colors" spring to mind =)
Fake or not, looks okay.

- demo MS-Dos Windows moaï by Nomad [web]
- Ryg is right. It beat State of Mind for the same reason that Glon 243 was destined to kick whatever competition's ass it would face: it was funny the first time you watched it, and it stuck with the audience. Apart from SOM there were at least three other products that were superior releases at TP98 that outlasted the long-term appeal of this one.
I was sitting there thinking 'Yeah, this one will certainly win', even though we all knew at the time that it would be less funny the sixth time we ran it =)
Still, kudos for the way they amused my at the time. - rulezadded on the 2001-08-27 01:08:50
- demo MS-Dos Windows Squeezed by Nomad [web] & Bomb
- Was brilliant. The metro scene consisted of far too little polys (even at the time) but the music made me forget it in a flash. =)
Still...errr..the metros look french allright, but last time I was there, Trocadero was still in London =) - rulezadded on the 2001-08-27 01:03:52
- demo MS-Dos Explora by Bomb & Oxygene [web]
- Nice one. Like the end music the most.

- demo Windows Propaganda by inf
- Bow down to the masters! I never really liked INF's demos extremely, and I was a little cynical when I went through the downloads of MS2K1. Boy, was I suprised...
This is a demo with brass balls, ladies and gents. It oozes coolness. The style tmk adopted for his gfx is a great atmosphere setter. Begone, cutesy japanese girls! Let the aging diva take your place! =) - rulezadded on the 2001-08-27 00:41:34
