- 64k invitation Windows fr-013: flybye by Farbrausch [web]
- Considering half the Max Payne developers are sceners or ex-sceners... I took it as a tribute...
and yeah, it's very, very close. Nice job (: - isokadded on the 2001-12-02 21:04:21

Anyway, 87 woots up to the guys in Farb-rausch for yet another masterwork... the parrot-thingie rules.

- demo Commodore 64 Soiled Legacy by Resource [web]
- Ok, basically, _extreme_ wowness.
Only issue with this nearly perfect demo is the dog,
In that it's been in 2 other c64 demos. Maybe not EXACTLY the same dog, but it's the same dog.
The dude at the flip disk screen is a killer pic tho, and the fx are just total and utter oblivion shifters. - rulezadded on the 2001-11-30 14:29:26

- Ah yes... the '3d demo' that really is 3d. If you have those red/blue glasses, this pops out at ya while you watch.

- demo Commodore 64 Embryo by Padua [web]
- Man, back when I was trying to push limits on the c64 I never thot some of what he did was possible, and there it is... I swear...
Anyway sometimes you need to take a step back and watch one of the demos on the older machines to see what's being done. This is more innovative than 90% of the PC demos out the past year, and we've seen some groundbreakers. Yeah, it's long. It's also a 1mhz machine with 16 total colors. Respect.
Makes me wanna do something amazing... which is the point, I think, of the demoscene anyway... for me at least...
I'm rambling... - rulezadded on the 2001-11-29 10:01:43
