- demo Windows Edge Of Forever by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- One thing I liked about Cadence and Cascade was the constant transitions between sections, which made for a very smooth flowing demo. This production is no different. It seems to become more interesting as it progress, is not too long, and the music fits. (Apart from the voice samples, which are icky...) My favourite bit is (once again) the way sections creatively transition from one part to the next. Slick.

- demo Windows Blue Wire by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- 'Oldskool' demos ran at smooth framerates on 7 MHz machines, not horrible framerates on 1.3 GHz machines.

- demo Windows p1x - base2 by Unknown Productions [web] & The Lords Of The Bits [web]
- Isn't this more of a slideshow rather than a demo?? Oh well, some of the images were quite interesting, pacing was good (ie. not boring) and the transitions between drawings was somewhat stylish. I liked the more abstract images, so thumbs up.

- demo Windows Easter Egg by Orion [web]
- When this was first added to pouet.net I tried many times in vain to download this production. Most people seem to like it, so my expectations were quite high. Now that I've finally seen the demo I'm disappointed. It's *extremely* juvenile. Perhaps if I was six it might be funny, but not at 28.

- demo Windows LINEAR by Creative Mind
- One thing I never particularly liked about 'oldskool' demos was the scrollers. And here we have a bunch of oldskool scrollers. But Amiga 500 scrollers ran at 50 fps, whereas this production seems to run at about 30 fps with my 1.3 GHz T-Birdl.

- demo Windows WiderSinnig 322D by Phare Design [web]
- The same few effects over and over again. Unfortunately, none of them are even remotely interesting.

- demo Windows Reintroduce by Unknown Productions [web]
- I love that one scene with the two butts, toilet, ears and face. That was so coolishly weird!!!

- demo Windows Fast Made 2 by Unknown Productions [web]
- While I don't think this is a great demo, it sure was a nice change from the usual.

- demo Windows Connect the dots by Syn[Rj] [web]
- Lots of seen-before wireframe stuff. It okay, just not very exciting.
