• It's all smoke and mirrors of course (3d -> vectorized 2d -> animated sprites; seriously everything is sprites in here), but for its time and day it was very effective and fast and pretty much the only way. Even the über-monochromatic style is quite appealing to me.

• (just tested: set memsize=48, vmemsize=8 and machine=svga_s3; on Daum you apparently need to start with -hicolor or mess with univbe, but on vanilla you'll be fine. -lowmem is another command line option when memsize=32)

• 4k Windows Absolute Territory by Prismbeings
• Would have liked more scenes/rooms (one sphere against a wall, sometimes two walls, can do only so much) and possibly more 'musical' music (either more complex percussion and/or hints of melody; could start when showing a 2nd room); the tech is put to good use (well explained above) and cutting and framing works well too. So yeah, one of the more memorable 4ks out there. :)
