• I really wouldn't like to thumb this down, because there's ambition and it's obviously a beginner's work, but I just can't help it, because it makes me cringe on so many levels.
  
  Here's some tips for the next time:
  
  1) no Comic Sans. Please.
  2) Stay away from linear camera paths. Use Catmull-Rom splines or something, or even just smoothstep interpolation or something, but a jerky camera like this is an instant killer of all that is good.
  3) the meshes and the texturing need a _lot_ of work. Unless you got the tech for it, going for some kind of a realistic look will probably end up in a failure.
  4) as someone who's struggled with depression, I found the ending going under my skin in a very unpleasant way. That is my problem, not yours, but it still affects how I feel about a production.

• Loved the book scene and the concept, but the mountains/lava thing with the static low-poly geometry as well as the movement of the boat felt annoyingly like 2002 and it kind of ruined the rest for me.
