- wild Animation/Video Egon and Dönci - First man on Mars!? by Aenima [web]
- psonice:
;-DD And I was wondering where that 42mb release suddenly popped up in the upload dir as well...when I looked today to check if my upload got already moved! ;-DDD
Oh well...same thouight and work...at the same time I'd say! ;-))
ryg: oehm..well, guess your thumb has been cut off then (at evoke!) ... as I simply can't see it here in your comment's bottom line... ;-DD

- demo Windows ninja in a box by The Planet Of Leather Moomins [web]
- Hahaha!!!
Would say another 'typical' TPolm demo!
They don't have rules...they don't use same fx all over again with their releases...it's always a new freaky and un-common style they provide! :-D
Pretty fresh, pretty different color-scheme...reminded me a bit of kinda PURPLE-style somehow... :-D
Definitely another freaky scene-prod...!! :-)

- wild Animation/Video Egon and Dönci - First man on Mars!? by Aenima [web]
- I was VERY glad to see another wild-demo entry by Aenima again finally!!!
I saw their first one called Tension #1 release at Flag 2002 which impressed me a lot already back in the days!!
Their overall style and animation capabilities is simply _outstanding_ !!!
This one really blasted me off when I saw it at the big screen!
Great style, Great animation, Great story...VERY professional all over!!
Get it goin' guys! I wanna see LOTS more from you in the scene-future!!! :-DD
*SMALLER VERSION*:
And as certain people already asked here:
I've uploaded a re-encoded divX 5.05 1800kbit with mp3 192kbit version to scene.org yesterday! (Basically even before psonice's version! ;-) )
It's ~147 MB and 99.9 same quality as the original 650mb release! ;-))
So now there should be enough alternatives for everyone haveing slower connections for downloading this great anim! :-D Have lotsa fun, pals!!
(But well, it's still in the upload-dir and waiting for being moved to the final evoke-directory!)

- demo Windows Elastic by Science [web]
- Nice work from science here...
I liked that at the big screen and also after the party.
Technically it could have been improved a bit better.
But generally it's a solid demo-work which should have been ranked a bit higher in my opinion...

- demo Windows Speckdrumm Vs Ferdy Tayfur by Speckdrumm [web]
- Well, at the party it was surely an 'entertainer' when seeing it at the bigscreen...
Anyway I think it shouldn't have ranked 3rd as in my opinion teh technical effort and style in the science-demo 'elastic' ranked 4th was/is higher and would have deserved a top3 ranking more therefore...
But well... it always lays in the eye of the beholder...

- demo Windows Weltenkonstrukt by Smash Designs [web]
- Nice modelling...and HELL of a work when AEG showed me like 1000000000 fotos he did in his city for getting info about all looks and scenes of it!!
The engine displays it well and is surely known since 'adrenalin'...although it might look as an 'easy and simple 3d flybye only demo' it was definitely _more_ than that when working on it for _sure_ ;-)
Fazit: Nice work over all !!

- demo PocketPC Green Cheese by Haujobb & kolor [web] & Park Studios [web]
- Really cool stunning mobile-demo!!
Rocked at the big screen at evoke!
Soundtrack is superb and story-line rocks as well!
Hellfire: I was wondering...how did you do the .avi export anyways?? via pocket-pc-emu or similar?? Would like to know more about those possibilities... ;-) Thanks for some info...

- demo Windows Digital Dynamix by Fairlight [web]
- Really nice 'proof of still being active' from FLT !!
Great funny pre-calc poetry on the cube... ;-D That's the way to go...
Great physics in general...although the dominoe scene is a bit fast in changing camera-perspectives...
Great and solid graphics with nice textures and smooth models...mixed with funky sound as well !!
Keeping in mind that it was a 'fast-prod' done in 4 days before the party it's really weird that it just ranked #13... :-( Would have deserved a better rank for sure!!
Looking forward to the 'real thing' later this year then...if a fast-prod already sets such a solid quality...what can we expect from the 'real thing' then in the end...!?? :-)
Kick-ass demoscene killer ???? ;-))
Cross my fingers for you, pantaloon, and the whole rest of FLT !!! Great work!!

- wild Animation/Video C.A.P._TV_-_Demos.Of.A.New.Decade-divX by Crazy Avantgarde Productions [web]
- Hahahaha!! ;-) Thanks, Botox...
Well, I admit that the 'voicing' was really just a _very_ fast trial...and surely didn't satisfy myself at all. But as of _heavy_ time pressure I hadn't had any chance to work on this more intensive...
So I'm sorry for that... :-)
Bye,
Weasel

- invitation Windows Pilgrimage by xplsv [web]
- Hey...this invitation really kicks some major ass, dudes!!! Damn...all those good old and great memories to some well-known oldschool demos from the past seen again in a very nicely collage with 'slightly' updated routines and 'unexpected' twists then in the end...!!!
REALLY nice done, guys! Respect!
It really depressed me now that I'm based here in europe and can't attend pilgrimage over there then... :-/
Anyways I wish you _lotsa_ success that your 1st party-edition will work out and that many (future us-) sceners will visit it to feel the scene-spirit and finally start a working and strong scene in USA as well then! :-))
So get it rockin' and always:
Keep The Scene Spirit Alive !!
You're surely on the right way there already!
Great!
