- demo MS-Dos GoBIT by Adapt [web]
- Yeah, apparently not so fast on a real P133, but just right for DOSBox consumption. ;)

By some strange alignment of the stars, I think I managed to create a tiny growling monster I am happy with: A coherent whole that matches the gritty vision.
I like it, but how is this "gritty"? The visuals are close to the opposite of gritty, they are slick and flat and comfortable. The beat-less Merzbow noise on top is what makes it irritating and ill-fitting, yes, but not in a yin-yang kind of way, more like an awkward clash of opposites.
(..also, when I watched it on the stream, I thought the whole point was the speech sample, but nope, media.webspeech.synth.enabled = false kills it nicely :P) - isokadded on the 2017-08-06 08:41:03
- game JavaScript Beach Ball Bears by Tikotus
- It's a simple multiplayer WebGL game. Works well in FF at least.

- game Windows MacOSX Intel Crisis Wing - Caravan Edition by Pieslice Productions
- As old-fashioned as they come, but very well executed. Music, graphics, gameplay. The cw/ccw feature let's you play the game as a side scroller. My only gripe is that you can't config the input keys: 'y' and 'z' are pretty far from each other on German keyboard layouts (so WIN+SPACE to switch to EN layout on Windows).

- 64k MS-Dos Konevitsa
- What you'd call a "joke-prod" these days, but neat. Try the audio with SB cards. No happy tune there. (unless you enjoy the sound of machine guns ;)

- demo MS-Dos One Way In, One Way Out
- Some interesting things here. Too bad you need to go for the no-sound option (via "/setup", or disable GUS), as the playback routine seems to always crash the demo wholesale.
(and no, that's not a terrible screenshot collage up there, that's one of the more interesting effects :) - isokadded on the 2017-08-03 12:35:33
- demo Commodore 64 we/shades by Fairlight [web]
- Cute. Probably the best one in the "we/" series so far.

If you unpack it, it crashes upon execution.
It's packed with Pro-Pack 2.x; Unpacking works fine with UNP. I'm not sure why you would want to unpack it in the first place, except for ripping the s3m perhaps or reading the quickly flashing word list in the gray plasma part. :)

- demo Windows fr-074: 02:20 by Farbrausch [web]
