  Here's a voxel effect I did in 1999 (I was 15 then) without any MMX on a P166, with interpolation. But it's really not about coolest in the world here, I was just disappointed and offered Mikron some help in restoring the brand. That is all, my critique was just honest.

• OK - now I'll just go off and say it. This is a shell of the former (B). The routines aren't good looking and even for a non-MMX machine at 133 megahertz the voxel landscape looks absolutely terrible. Some effects do look good but are designed in a way that seems more like a pandering take on the past than actually portraying it with dignity and style. Please try harder next year to make something that doesn't besmirch the name I once loved or I'll have to dust my Pentium off and do it myself. I have the routines, I just need to scale down the BPP.
