• Surprisingly enough, this actually runs acceptably on my Galaxy S Plus (Adreno 205).
  But yea, as mentioned... rather sloppy code... doesn't force landscape, and doesn't prevent the lockscreen from kicking in... Makes it annoying to watch (you have to periodically touch the screen).

• They could, but there's not a lot of choice in terms of 286-compatible Adlib trackers and replay routines. I tried EdLib, but it hung the entire system when linked to an exe with model small. Couldn't debug it in time, and couldn't change the model to something else in time either, because that would require rewriting too much code.
  Perhaps Harekiet can help debug the EdLib routine for a final version.

• For Dosbox you need to set the config to 'vgaonly', otherwise it won't emulate the VGA raster/palette tricks properly.

• Nice one, works fine on my old Samsung Galaxy S Plus too (with Android 4.2.2). Nice and smooth.

• First time I start it, I get a black screen (Samsung SGS+, Android 4.2.2). If I then press the home button to close, and start again, the demo works correctly.
  Might be worth a try for others who also get the black screen.
  
  Very nice demo, slick visuals, runs quite well on my not-so-high-end phone. Because it's slow-paced, it's not a problem that the framerate on my phone is not that high.
