- musicdisk Amiga OCS/ECS Underworld by Moods Plateau [web]
- Nothing against the good work D!rtie and the rest of the HUMA guys are usually doing but this is anything else than a must for a demoscener. The design is ugly like hell, the code was again realised in Amos and the music is a matter of taste. If you want to check out the tracks of this musicgroup, better download them seperately from their website instead of leeching this musicdisk, that`s all I can say about this production.

- 40k Amiga AGA Dolphin's Dream by Push Entertainment [web]
- My dolphin wasn`t dreaming as this intro demands the trueaga.library. I don`t like intros that are only running with additional stuff, intros were originally supposed to run without anything else than the intro itself. If an intro can only be run with the help of libraries or fonts from outside, the byte limitation, here 64k, has totally lost its sense. Don`t you think so? As the person who has packed this intro together, forgot to include this library, there was no chance for me to watch it. Dream over!

- diskmag Amiga AGA instant pack #01 by Appendix [web]
- A new chippack on the way - wow, I thought! But Instant is not only a chippack, it contains adverts, messages and partyinvitations also. And you do not have to miss the intros, like in case of normal packs, as they are also on board! What seemed strange to me was that they have used such old chiptunes, like those from Clawz of Bomb, which should be around four or five years old. Another titlepicture would have made a more professional impression as this one was probably traced in a few minutes and looks quite ugly. In comparism the menu graphics are fantastic, Djordan has done a good job here. The messages one can read are pretty old. Zerox is writing to Wade that he looks forward to check Devotion#2. Well, the second issue of this mag is, as you all know, out since ages. But I`m sure for the next issue they will have fresher stuff on board, please also more topical intros or results! The partyresults of the Mekka^Symp 2001 were worth a good laugh as the next edition is to come in a few weeks. But if they take care a bit more about the contents, Instant could become a real hammer as it provides a clear multitasking code and stunning graphics!

- 64k Amiga AGA Drama Motion Beauty by 3 Little Elks
- No, no! Don`t think that the Three Little Elks are back, this intro was ment for the Assembly`97 but never came out until now!
Afterall it points out where 3LE were good at: Design! I have enjoyed it watching even if it`s very short and naturally only contains old effects - but with a delay of four years, where should they come from?? - rulezadded on the 2005-10-27 18:04:53
- demo Amiga AGA Artifictional by Secretly!
- The Artifictional demo was the last Secretly! production done by Stingray, Scicco and Co.as they all have left the group after serious problems with their leader Mr.Vain. Only a few weeks after the Mekka^Symposium 2001 they have all left Secretly! and formed the brandnew crew Scarab.
If you like fast running 3D demos, the final version of this demo should be your choice but else it`s also worth a look or two. - rulezadded on the 2005-10-27 18:02:45
- invitation Amiga AGA Euskal 9 Party Invit by Mankind [web]
- If you need inspiration how a funny and entertaining intro can look like, get this file! Of course, the party itself is over since a long time, but this and the partyinvitation for Slach 2001 are both worth to watch. I`ve especially enjoyed the fantastic graphics from Zaac and Mankind`s crazy ideas!

- musicdisk Amiga AGA noise from heaven #1 by Illi Recentes ImperatoreS
- One could think that Cupid of Iris is capable of everything! He has drawn the real cute flowerish design, he has composed some nice chiptunes and not to forget that he has coded everything for Noise from Heaven! NFH had a good start with this issue, the menu and everything around is simple but the tunes were really convincing! I`m really looking forward for the next issue...

- 64k Amiga AGA Late Nite Trip by Kangooroo [web]
- These are the hungarian Kangooroo`s with their contribution to the Euskal party!"Late Night Trip" shows that its makers obviously love the colour grey. The design is good and nobody can carp at this 64k intro even if the trip through the skyline was shown a bit too often.

- 64k Amiga AGA Ciberneocortex by Software Failure [web]
- Ciberneocortex is good if you forget about the strange backgrounds and the cheap font. Its coder Ham shows us that also less known guys are able to supply a real serious codework. Get it, check it, like it!

- demo Amiga AGA lapsuus by Maturefurk
- Lapsuus by Maturefurk should in my humble opinion be counted as the fucking best demo of the year 2001! I bet it will hold this place even if there are still some months and demos to come.
Read the groupinterview with these guys in JP#8 in the hall of fame! And if you didn`t watch it already, do it and you`ll know why they have won the combined Amiga and PC democompo at Assembly that year!!! - isokadded on the 2005-10-27 17:54:22
