• oh first i would like to say i dont KNOW how it works, i just assume it works like thsi.. example:
  
  lets assume the percent is calculated like this (OUR_MAX_VALU/hits) * 100
  then assume OUR_MAX_VALUE is 100 we get:
  (100 / hits) * 100
  
  so each dey or week the hits decreases with some number, let say it decreases with 1 or 2 hits per day it doesnt get loaded by an unique IP we get this for example:
  
  week 1 we have 100 hits and it gets loaded each day, then we would reach 100% directly (100/100 = 1) * 100 = 100..
  Then next week it decerases with 3 it will get 97% so if we run this on this prod we start at your question where it was at ~33 % then next week withou hits it will get 30% then if we get 3 hits the next following days it will reach 33% again.. see ? :)
  
  WHAT numbers he uses for decreases and what range of days it covers i DONT know .. only analogue can answer that, but it makes sense, no?
