They are programmed, not created with programs. If you want to create such stuff, you need to learn programming.
Also, there's a lot better stuff available on this website. Check some demos out :)

Most demos are coded in the C language, may it be C++ or C# or any other variation. In the early days most demos were coded in Assembly machine language, which is very low level and very difficult.

A wonderful installer contains these fine features:
1. Multiple languages support
2. NO disclaimers!!! (why would ANYONE want to read those?)
3. Ability to put everything into the right place
4. Ability to REMOVE eveything from the right places when uninstalling
5. No fucking music! It messes with my MP3 player...
6. NO displaying the "Readme" after installation has finished (same reason as for not displaying disclaimers)
