to be totally honest with you, i don't think that either dixan or the dutchies should be made responsible for this... it took me about 5 minutes to find out there won't be any trains to montbeliard anymore at the time you're arriving. either the organisers failed to make the same check before telling you it was OK to book this ticket, or you didn't check at all. either way, dixan and me weren't told about this mess until a couple of days ago, while others must have known about it for weeks already.

so once again, unless we see some movement in this thread, i am leaving enschede at noon, and will thus pass mulhouse airport hours before you are arriving.

havoc: dont worry about it :) you go to the partyplace direct. you only got 1.5 seats free anyways so we wouldnt fit. either egbert will pass around that time or we'll bug dixan later on. the orgas didnt know our flight arrival time so they never predicted it i guess. and we hadnt bothered looking much into how to get there from airport to partyplace till a week ago (since it was rumoured beeing so close and easily accesible and all..) we'll figure something out, dont worry :)

i just spoke with earx, skrebbel is in his car and he wasn't planning to pick you up, nor was he asked to consider doing it until i called him. still no reason to worry..?

is there really no other way to plan this than doing it at the very last possible(?) moment? and perhaps it would be prudent to speak with those people who are actually supposed to pick you up instead of ill-informed intermediates?

30km is to mulhouse. but you want to be in montbeliard, which is 80km by b-roads, or about the equivalent of that timewise on the highway ;)

i'm going to numerica with skrebbel as havoc already told. the main problem for me is the space in my small car. not much room to pick up additional passengers.. i phoned havoc and we arranged that i will prolly carry 2 dutchies along with me and drive straight to the party. havoc will probably do the pickup work at the airport. this is not final yet. expect an update this evening.
