ok, we're starting to crank things for new issue of pain, aiming to get it out at breakpoint.

how can you help:
- easylistening tracked music (low filesize)
- new flabergasting cool splash screen or engine gfx
- interesting interviews with interesting scene related people
- state of the art tech articles (dev for new platforms, new techniques, tutorials, news)

feedback from latest issue:
- ideas for new interesting poll questions
- what sucked in the charts, what could be better

it sucked that i was still on the coder charts.

here's a couple of names who you should be voting for instead of me:
duckers, ithaqua, gasman, las, kusma, bruised lee, dr. doom, oswald, krill, digimind...
(just from the top of my head quickly)

i entered 64k charts :)

a last checking on votes, there were wrong prod/group matches.

hmm how do i make it to the coder charts.. will donate booze solve this one too?

add some -best ascii artist- category!
and/or add a category for ansi artists, if not both mixed up together.

ah! and best cracktro category would rock my socks (and my penis, but i'm sure you'd not want to see that, do you?)

even as an ascii maker i'd say "no" to that, because nowadays ascii charts doesn't really make sense since most people can't really judge it. and vote for example me to #1 because i'm one of the most active, but by far not the best out there.

and best cracktro would be quite a sad category considering the nowadays quality...

I agree, no point in having charts for something as dead as ascii or cracktros.

Charts are still made for the sake of it all.. Who cares about the charts anyways. It was just to make them larger, not to stick to those -all the time- same categories that almost 40% people don't vote for because they are just not worth mentionning, and because they still see the same people in those top 10 whatever since the beginning. Oh well, forget my two above comments.

The whatever was the most important word in here.. meaning that the people always are the same, whether it is 20 or 10, I dont give a fuck, it's just about the all top notch artists we got out there, and we all know who they are, so who cares =)

Having more slots helps a chart being more dynamic, especially near the bottom of the list.

Ah yeah there's something i forgot about pain: alien is also a member of neural.

Also, the 2 years old prods policy is good, why not extend it to the persons as well ?
