take snapshots as much as you can and then paste them to avi-studio or something :)

Kain : from wich computer do you want to capture ?

if it is from a PC:
- use a PC with TV OUTput PAL (pc1)
- then use a second PC with a video card with INput PAL (pc2)
- connect output sound from pc1 to the input sound of pc2
- launch the demo on pc1 and record your movie on pc2

i had do this, it works good
i use a GeForce4200ti leadtek for INput video, it's make realtime MPG, MPEG2, and more...
then, i recompress the MPEG2 hi quality into xivid or divx4.12 to save some bytes.
use only OGG or MP3 for sound crompression (wma sucks because it runs only on m$ platforms)

if you use other computer, like Amiga for example, you must found a Composite PAL output to make this, or you can passthrough a video tape for example.
Zone: PAL for a 32BPP hires PC DEMO? get real >P

if it's your own demo it's pretty easy to write your own mixdown-routine for the frames/music and then just edit them together.
