Warsteiner - very common beer in germany
Becks - northern german beer, known internationally
Kesselring Pils - regional beer, cheap but quite good tasting
Früh Kölsch - A good Kölsch
So, this list contains a wide range of different beer tastes, including rather strong and rather waterish beer... inlcuding the Kölsch you want ;)
Selection for 2006 will be the same.
Pricing btw was 1 Euro per Bottle (Kesselring is 0,5l, rest 0,33), or 20 Euros for a crate of 24 (Kesselring: 20x0,5l = 18 euros). More expensive than supermarket, much cheaper than gas station.

And regarding the non-bubbly. non-mineral water... I'll see what I can get from the distributor.

ahh Warsteiner, I remember before BP05 I had never tasted it. Only seen the commercial on sportevents. I really liked it and drank it alot. Right up untill I went to get my 10th or something, and Netpoet was behind the bar and said: "Warsteiner?? thats a girls beer, real men drink BECK."

Warsteiner is a bit too flat at all, but ok to get drunk to a
safe level (the Pils taste limitation affects after 4-5 bottles ;) in my case)
I really tried to get drunk on Kölsch (BP and Evoke) but it
just ended up in farting the rest of the party :D
After 10 Kölsch at BP I gave it up and switched back to Beck's
Beck's is indeed man's standard. Tastes good and nicely
goes down with no harm even though it's not the best beer.
