Best graphics : well that’s hard : all portal process demos; Fairplay to the queen, Ocean Machine, 195/95, in.out.side: the shell,

Best demo : aether, Perfect love, Iconoclast, instant zen by Synesthetics

Best music : no Kelvin except that …..i don’t have any idea.

Most original : Modus Exodus ; Ballet dancer

Breakthrough performance : PlayPsyCo ; Tannhauser Gate by Cubicle, loopit

garg/shifter: actually it was shown at kindergarden, which should take away all doubts of it being released in 2005. Won't help jack shit if they can't get the final version out before new years though :)

leia: the final-version of gin and tronic is scheduled to be released at tum (outside of the compos, ofcourse)...

nytrik: how can a remix be most original? its kindof stupid.

about best graphics/demo i dont see anyone threatening in.out.side: the shell, except the dxm stuff ofcourse. perhaps aether can be in for some competition on best demo, but not near in best graphics.

about this in out side thing it will be funny how incestous the scene.org award jury will be. them being not so slengpungish etc..

about 64k: there hasnt been any good at all this year. if nothing good will be released at tum, lets just skip that compo from the awards.

about 4k: who the fuck cares? what about 256B? 1k? 512B?

megalux : don't want to sound offending ... but can you tell me what watchable thing has been release from dxm since mental excession ( in 2000 ) ...

nytrik, i know, its hard to meassure up to mental excession.

but get a back of crisps, download the dxm prods (www.dxm.tw) but beware, do not mix with other drugs, it could be fatal.

some stuff i would like to see in the awards that migth not be too obvios for people without a clue (read: the masses/lamers).

most original concept: hello:friend by fairlight, be little with my by $. maybe also the nice trilogy from ASD.
fr-045: life after, because is the fucking best dark ambient demo i've seen ever. maybe it should be in best direction too.

best soundtrack: candela ofcourse.. also i would like to see some well thought out production which might not be the best graphicswise but have a killer soundtrack.

best 64k: re-recycle,death and taxes,che.. what more to say.. maybe conspiracy, but that feels a bit like namevoting them into this category again.. didnt like their asm invitro too much. though the tunnel rocks.
maybe some of hitchhikrs stuff.

best direction: make it 4k. the direction and timing is everything in this sucker. Structure2 ofcourse and i know aether will be here too. ASD for making us feel the climax every 20th second.

breakthrough performance: null ok with the evoke invitro from asm or that cheesy fr-08 cover ;D or just nominate me for fuck sake ;D also i would like to see cubicle here with their fantastic demo tannhauser gate.

there sure is like 20 more prods to mention.. will post about them when i remember ;D

I'd also suggest "Bugtro" by "Mostly Harmless" as a candidate for "Most original concept". It placed 3rd in the 64k intro competition at Breakpoint 2005.

gargaj, well.. japanese is one of the bigger languages in taiwan, however. romours has it we will be switching to chinease sometimes soonish.

and they're around since 1991 or smth =)
