Hey, I've just had a flashback about something important for the scene:
When I was a kid in the mid 80's , in france, I used to buy this comics each month:



It was an USA imported marvel-like serial, and the scenario was something like:
In a near future, ATARI become an intersideral consortium that manages everything. But a strange dark force manaces the peace... So , only mutant Atari engeneers can save the universe, the atari force team !!! (keops, any comment ?)

( Note: a starwar fan in the neighboor office 've just told me the guy who drawn this is the same that drew the last official star war marvel book )

I knew is from some VCS2600 pages , it was also included with some VCS games it seems.

Sad there is no archiv where all are listed or even scanned.

At my parent I have 3 or 4 old yellowed french edition left. :-). Last summer i read them there,I was deeeead.
