Oh? It's intentional? I thought they were some kind of jpeg compression artifacts. Or anti-aliasing problems when copying the logo from a white background.. :-P

The black smoke/particles don't work so well, they look a bit like smeared/blurred random brush strokes.

Weird. My older pouet logo was added (With the butterflies) and the newest one (with the cables) was not? :D please update.
