As a hommage to an old classic among pouet Threads that is turning 20 years old, I thought I'd quote willbe from back in 2007.
Only difference this time is that we got 36 entries instead of 12.

I obviously have to break from my radio silence due to insulting one of the best ever demoscener this platform has ever seen and give me two cents: allez bien vous faire foutre les batards, les salauds, les racistes, les supérieurs, les managers, les porcs, les identitaires ET les idiots utiles, les nigots du bar PMU qui pensent que voter pour leur patron va les nourrir assez longtemps.

Sadly, this can only contribute to the toxic atmosphere that has taken hold in France. The motto Liberty, Equality, Fraternity has turned into Prohibition, Inequality and Hatred.
The rise of extremism and racism is utterly disgusting. People don't even hide their hatred anymore. I no longer recognize my own country.
But I'm afraid it's the same all over the world. Humanity is beyond saving.
So guess that competition will surely reflect that. Only bad feelings.

Whoever takes charge of the country, let's hope they can stablise the country and stop the riots. The images that I'm seeing around the Internet are horrifying and almost hard to believe...to the point where I'm thinking "Is this a AI? Is this a movie?" I see members of the press with press vests on...very much like they have during active conflicts...it's a grim picture in some parts of the country right now and the next leader must restore order to the entire country very quickly.
