Added my first lists ever on pouet.
And Aha! So you order those lists by which=....number.... That sucks!
I also found out I couldn't edit the descriptions after I created those lists.
I know I know this pouet thing is freely maintained...
Done in spare time. No money earned and so on...
But is it opensource, can we contribute?
if it was on github we could improve those sucky things...
anyways. this was my frustration about wasting three hours creating long lists for 8b and 16b intros for MSDOS. Yeeehaa!

Service, because I arrived here while searching for the solution. To create a new list, you don't go to "lists" at the bottom, but to "submit". Then "create a list".
