Yes indeed. Thank you for your reply... I also created a spinoff article called "Shift-JIS art" here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shift-JIS_art. A friend of mine with minimal studies in Japanese helped me romanize the names of the books but I wanted to get a second opinion somewhere, just in case. I own both books (those are my scans), but sadly, I cannot read Japanese so I can only appreciate the beauty of the pictures and understand what little can be gleaned from the Wikipedia article and talking to a few friends who are comfortable enough with the language to actually USE 2ch.

I have not yet reached "true" otaku status. One day, perhaps. :D
