Where is the demoscene ? Where do we make friends ?

Sorry to hear that, bsp, and glad you didn't do that and you're still with us!

How did you manage NOT to do it?

Thanks for the tpp, tomcat!
If I would be able psychically to travel there, I would go there! But paranoia, hypersensitivity, Aspergers, whatever else, comes in the way.. so, no for now. Psy-Docs, gimme appointments!
I know you are overworked. Massively overworked. BRUTALLY OVERWORKED. But I need appointments! Half the humanworld (or almost the whole) has gone crazy for years, so they have overbooked.

Math exam question:
Barcelona/Spain to Fallingbostel/Mekka Symposium is 1700-1800km. 15 hours by a car that has all gears according to Apple Maps. Apple Maps doesn't allow you to select the number of available gears on your car, but the top search on Bing says that you could likely travel between 40-60km/h on 2nd gear. So 35 to 40 hours drive then.

How many hours did Mat/Ozone spend to get from Spain to Fallingbostel considering he has a taped up steering wheel?

Sorry.... depression is terrible. While you are in it your mind creates an alternative reality that's not necessarily true, but you'll only really know this once you are out of it again. So hang in there while the storm is going on.

I mean sorry for making a joke above. I didn't quite catch the tone of the thread.

All good there, rloaderro 👍😎It's only slight depression for me, mostly at night, I don't like the darkness so much (although strangely I like a bit of Gothic atmo and Vampires) :) Also, anxieties are a b*tch!

Maybe we should open a psy therapy thread on here, or is there one already? :D

A very good question. First of all you need to realize that it's a situation that will pass. Secondly, you have to get professional help (which I did).

Last but not least, a loving gaze at the fabric of the universe attitude is always helpful ;-)

Ah thanks ok yeah it's only phases... like those bi-polar mood up's and down's :)
And an attitude like "I love the richness of the world, nature and animals!" especially helps me, too :)

Reading about random powerful events in the universe that probably blasts planets/star systems in a finger snap is quite comforting in a weird way. Having a cat in the house and observing his daily cat antics is also a good way to calm down. I think both can help you escape the negative spiral in your mind.

Totally, Dr Loaderror! :) Did you know that cats and Egyptian Geese were both sacred, holy and gods to the Ancient Egypts? I can totally understand that! Geese of all kinds calm me down massively, complex creatures, simple life. Totally my thing! It's like meditating and a spiritual event when sitting on a meadow in the midst of those honkers! Ducks are cool too, and chicken. Big bird fan here. Dogs, cats, horses, I love all kinds of critters. <3 :)
