Once the census poll for the upcoming year's population is closer to completion and the democratic process has ran its course, there will be an official ruling about the possibility of one extra day, either on the preceding thursday or the monday after the official timetable. In the event that the supreme court of Hiihthoio rules in favor of the extra day, there will be many more hours off both skiing and dying!

I thought it was self-explanatory that the event is happening during the whole weekend. Himos is open normally, and then just follow the sound of the pc speaker..
I just realized that all demooarties around lake Päijänne (this and Instanssi), that I could *potentially* reach with a boat, take place while the lake is frozen over.
So I'd have to ski. Or death. Or both.

I went to Altstork 2004 with a rowing boat as it was in Otaniemi and I was living in Lauttasaari back then. Trip going there was nice, coming back in a hangover, fucking awful.
For new voter registrations, the ballot will be accesssible by a citizen vetting process by joining the official communication channels (*cough* ircnet *cough*) and introducing yourself and at least verbally demonstrating your skills ability in either skiing or dying or both
