Topaz 3D

category: general [glöplog]

There was some 3D modelling and raytracing software I was using back in the early 90s to make graphics for demos (most of which are now lost unfortunately) called TOPAZ 3D, for DOS.
I believe that some of the titles in between the effects of Unreal / FC were made using it.

I remember it needed a coprocessor 387 to run and I bought one just for it. It was an amazing program. This and autodesk animator/Deluxe paint, working together for all your needs.

But I cannot find ANY reference to it. I've been searching for years. Anyone else heard of it or was it all a dream ?
