What I would love to change about the demoscene, is this kind of thinking, that you can judge an entry - in just 2 seconds.

extra love to compo orgas who fly through the graphics compo so you don't even get your 2 seconds per image to judge.
judging in 2 seconds when the entry lasts 30 seconds is just as crazy as #illegal telepathy in neighbouirs kitchen#. however in case of gfx compos i get the idea that you look at the pictures when voting and going with the flow of fast decisions, that's how i do it, first impression and stuff. but besides that i have also no idea which rule you are talking about. also what ps said because that really sucks.
