Chasing for individuals is one thing, but there may be whole servers that have interesting local community. I found it at graphics.social I see c64 comes with 22+ individuals who all together may become an interesting collective.

Any other instances that you see which by topic originated it, is perhaps less random and more focused on interesting local communities?

Shana: Is it really intentional that follows needs approval? That seems like a bad idea for an event IMO.

kusma: I think that might be a quirk of the icosahedron.website instance... I didn't have to await approval when I followed revisionparty, but I'm also on icosahedron.website and occasionally get prompted to approve new follows as some sort of additional (randomly-imposed?) safeguard.

@gasman: I believe it's a setting in the user-profile.
