Cosine - Visions : Amiga demo?

I apparently did the code for this demo, but I have basically zero recollection of it :-D
I probably have a copy, but it's currently 1500+ miles away and I don't know when I'll ever manage to get my Amigas and disks shipped over here (that also assumes the things will even work after 20 years sitting in a garage) :-(
So I'm hoping by some amazingly long shot freak occurrence that someone has this demo and can rip it to an ADF or some such so I can have a look at it!
