The eepmov gives it away fairly quickly.

I think the RCX had some sort of H8, but I might be wrong, it's a long time ago.

^lol... tabs is always problem for me
when im on linux and using web editor it put tabs, when im on windows there spaces to emulate broken-tab size in windows browsers...

kinda... Part of WebAssembly port of 4klang; this it the "gate" oscillator. People familiar with the source might recognize $WRK and $VAL aliases for registers. It's working BTW, so js boys will get "something like" 4klang soon; actually pretty much exactly 4klang.

But: I don't know Rust, can someone explain the choice of making .sin a ~ member function of float or whatever they are called? I was under the impression that Rust is the future of math-heavy computing, but do I interpret this correctly that you would type e.g. 2.0f.sin()? Or does sin(2.0f) still work?

One advantage is that you avoid putting all those math functions into the top-level namespace. If they were top-level functions, you would have to either import all of them (polluting the namespace considerably) or add the functions individually to your imports every time you needed another one.

Also, Rust doesn't have function overloading, so the f32 and f64 versions would have to be named differently, like sin and sinf in C.

It's actually quite nice when you get used to it. It reads more naturally to have these as method calls rather than wrapped around, especially for things like a.min(b) etc.

Wait, no no no, please no, not you Rust! I was told Rust was the language that was fixing the past, not fucking it up. Can you at least do let y = amp * std::sin( t*std::f32::consts::TAU/2.0*mode ) ? And, can you undo the float.sin() float.min() mess in the codebase at least for those who understand thaat's the wrong way of doing things?

Sure. Methods can also be called as "associated functions", so if you prefer the traditional math way of writing things, you can write

instead of
