That link nearly useless here. Rather look at the map!
Great news ! Any info about any Corona restrictions for the party place ? Are foreigners allowed to travel to Hungary ? I mean we still got some time and may be changes in policy until then, but would be interesting to have some info on that.
As of 2020.06.18. according the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs (and in sync with the latest government regulations)
All EU citizens, plus the citizens of Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Serbia and Iceland are allowed to travel to Hungary without any restrictions.
We’ll keep an eye on this, and we’ll will update you in case of any changes.
Additionally: According to the latest restrictions, events up to 500 visitors are now allowed. So we kindly ask our beloved audience to cause us a hard time by showing up as a "too big" crowd (we do have a plan B for "too many" visitors ;-) )

As we'd promised we'd like to update our beloved audience about the current COVID restrictions.
The Hungarian government has categorized the counties of the world into three different categories:
- red == seriously/heavily infected
- yellow == lesser infected
- green == slightly infected
From red countries ( Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Turkey, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia , nearly the whole Asian, American and Australian continents), only Hungarian citizens are allowed to enter the country, and they have to stay in quarantine for 14 days. The only exceptional case if the related person can provide two authentic negative COVID tests with 48h difference from the past 5 days.
Same goes to the yellow countries ( Norway, Sweden, UK, Russia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria) with the additional plus, that the citizens of those countries are also allowed to enter Hungary under the same conditions.
Hungarian citizens arriving from green countries ( rest of EU technically), and citizens of the green countries ( if entering from a green country) are allowed to enter Hungary without any restrictions.
The detailed list of the countries ( which is promised to be updated weekly) could be found under the following link
but we will keep you updated in the future as well!

Keep in mind that there are travel regulations on the other side as well.
Like for example Norway:
first you need to stay in quarantine in Hungary for 14 days or provide two negative tests and then you need to stay in quarantine again after arriving back in Norway, because Hungary is not on Norway's "green list". ;)

While I agree on that some measures are a bit over the top, I have a remark regarding "scam": Watch this graph with real death counts: https://imgur.com/a/mSHa1jk created by (Abacaba) (YT), who also first thought, that it's less severe than the flu (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dDD2tHWWnU).
Guess most people outside Hungary can kiss this party goodbye.....do they even have any green countries on their list? :(
No, not a single one. Except: Portugal, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Malta, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Macedonia, Greece.

Where do you have this from?
tft: I believe that's from the link that Maugli posted above

tFt: You could come to Finland that weekend and you wouldn't need to take any tests either! We have broccoli and kitchen utensils prepared.
Yeah, I saw that. But its old. And did not make any sense then for that matter, considering where there were many sick at that point. So I assume Norway will not be on their green list in a while :/

hehe...yeah, that could be a plan....Im down for some Choppin' :D
But lets see. I guess it was too good to be true when numbers went down so dramatically in June/July.
Here is the new map: https://koronavirus.gov.hu/cikkek/sarga-besorolasu-lett-spanyolorszag
tft, whether you think it makes sense or not, that's the official list. It keeps changing of course, but that really shouldn't come as a surprise.
Makes no sense for Norway to be yellow, and f.i Belgium and France be green. They have waaaay more infected. But yeah, doesn't matter what anyone makes sense of anything really, as long as that is the list, that is the list.
