I need to run FT2 on my mac and I need to screen capture the session. Sound output is not needed, but would be nice.
What's the quickest and easiest way for screen capture and emulation on a mac running 10.12 Sierra?

screen capture (without sound): QuickTime Player
(for capture) OBS is also available on mac, and you need to use Soundflower or iShowU Audio to be able to route audio to a capture.
Or a proper soundcard with proper routing? :)

You can always install Soundflower or the free SourceNexus app and run the audio back into QuickTimePlayer.
