Wow! That's quite a lot of money.

I have to note, to avoid large cash handling and stress with legal paperwork, we will pay prizes by bank wire shortly after the party. All winners will be contacted by the email provided with their submission to gather necessary details to process (inspired by Assembly).

but before:

Friday opening concert with non-demoscene duo producing experimental music:
David Kollar - guitars, electronics
Thomáš Mutina - electronics, samples

David Kollar is one of the most productive Slovakian instrumentalists and composers of experimental, film and stage music. he has collaborated with many foreign artists, including renowned Norwegian guitarist Eivinda Aarset, trumpeter Arve Henriksen, who became famous in the Norwegian avant-garde band Super Silent and collaborated with such stars as Bill Frisel and David Sylvian.
In 2017, he cooperate in two tracks on Steven Wilson's album To The Bone. The album is one of the top 10 albums in the UK (Graf UK albums), USA (Billboard - Top Rock Album and Independent Albums Charter), Germany, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Switzerland and New Zealand.
He is currently working with the legendary French trumpeter Eric Truffaz.

Tomáš Mutina is the founding member of the Terminal State in which he acts as ChrisXX. From the beginning, this group is the pioneer in harder electronics. They published their work under the Canadian label Electro Aggression Records. They are currently preparing a third album, which should be released in the fall of next year. Terminal State played as a forerunner to the pioneers of electronic music, the Front Line Assembly. They have already released several remixes that appeared on the albums of Slovak, Czech and foreign bands. It is worth to mention this year's remix for Komara / Pat Mastelotto - King Crimson.

Try Vienna or Prague. Vienna is 1h away from Bratislava, from Prague it's 4-9h by train. Budapest is not that far either.

don't worry to travel to Vienna airport! connections from the airport to the Bratislava bus station is very good and the ride takes only one hour!

...you can take a train to Bratislava from Vienna CITY, but rather take a bus from Vienna AIRPORT (Schwechat) (train is more expensive and takes longer)

from the AIRPORT goes different company every 20-30 minutes (1 company = 1x per hour),
regiojet.com/en every hour (...: 00) 5 EUR
flixbus.com (... : 50) 5 - 7.50 EUR
slovaklines.sk (... : 30) 5 EUR

the best way for taxi services are Taxify, Hopintaxi or Liftago apps, however, if you call some regular taxi it should be also fine too (maybe taxibratislava 02/16 300 or ABC Taxi 02/16 100)

the worst choice is to take a taxi which is already waiting on the street prepared for its victims (charge 3xmore, especially when you are a foreigner)

There's direct flights from Seoul to Vienna, from there it's 20 minutes by train or bus :)

20 minutes impossible (maybe if you order Mercedes), but normally it is one hour at least from Swechat.

flights to Budapest are also an option, takes a 2 and half hour bus/train ride to Bratislava, but yeah Vienna is probably more feasible

and said bus from Vienna has better on-board service than your average cityhopper flight, like a lady making coffee for you, wifi, chargers, screens, etc :P

Hi all,
I booked a flight to also be at the party. Assuming that the customs control people let me pass through (as my passport is currently broken), we'll meet there !
