I'm looking for a pop-rock song, I only remember the video clip. It may have a decade. Background is black, the band (guitar, drums, singer..) wear colorful clothes (yellow, red, ...) and play on fake flabby instruments. At the ends their arms and leg are really long and make them look likes inflatable wavers:
