One day I've seen a demo that was inspired in a Autechre video. Does any of you know it's name?

One reason for this is that some very respected demoscene musicians started releasing some stuff on warp, and all other thought they could do the same \o/.

I disagree with that. I think most of the demos have quite an original sound. I would like to listen some demos with Aphex Twin in it :P

I have to disagree.

One of Mozart's greatest skills was his musical memory. This wasn't something he was born with, but something developed out of necessity. Much of his early years were spent traveling in a stagecoach -- not a convenient place for compositional work. Memorization was his only option.

(It has been calculated that he spent an entire four years of his 35 traveling in a stagecoach.)

Mozart's music is very reminiscent of mental improvisation, and this is very much thanks to the memory skills he needed to develop. Computer access would not have fashioned Mozart's abilities in the same manner.

In short, computers are an efficient way to harness and polish existing skills, but only when one is completely self-reliant are new skills developed.

those who think autechre are overrated, try listening to incunabula and amber a couple times.

..and tri repitae ofcourse, these 3 should be most musical and easy to get into. in some other cases you have to be a bit forthcoming to interpret their aural sending, what basically means: expect nothing and get what u deserve!
