The ways to have several girls at once are a few :

1/ find girls which aren't jealous : it's obvious some aren't jealous, search and find some

2/ manage girls : take them as far as possible from each others.
It's hard to meet them but hence you can be sure they will not meet each others. You can them lie and said : "I'm in country X for some time and so can't contact you for n monthes", then contact them one by one when you want. It's also obvious you should avoid taken in picture by each and also taking different identities can be great.

But it's hard to manage. So the first solution is the best.
A good think is also to meet girls from different countries and culture and say this work this way in your country : use your so called ignorance as positive way.

What is the maxpayne dev problems with girls ?
They don't want players meet them as they are bad for their business perhaps ?

If you choose the good one, you don't need to say bye bye to scene life. You just would become half productiveless. Which in your case shouldn't be a problem! ;P
