Same as above. Although those could simply be "rephrased" as "combined 4k" (256b-4k) and "combined 64k" (4k-64k).

cxw / tomaes: I've taken the liberty of moving ncl01: road trip to the "shadertoy" compo, because that's basically what the GLSL graphics compo is (and made it an intro rather than procedural graphics, because it's not a static image).

"gaz" is both group and individual.
Also, GLSL Graphics Compo in TDF is usually categorized as "shadertoy" in pouet.

Well, according to the results file the compo apparenty was combined 256B-4KB intro and the intro in question is a 256 byte one so I guess combined 256b is correct.

Combined 256b would be correct if only 256b (regardless of platform) would be present. But that particular type of compo is for everything between .25-4k, aka a typical 4k compo, where you also have smaller entries. F.e. this entry is a 2k intro and would be disqualified from a 256b compo for being 8 times the allowed size. :)

Hmm, since there was no dedicated 256 bytes compo I guess you're right. I'll change it to combined 4k for now. :)
