Fixed that for you:
This thread motivated my to actually clean my desk.
RbR: that's cheating!!!
linking from your (private) dropbox is a no-no ;p
Just tidied it up a bit. Just so you know, Columbo boxset is a perfect stand for a monitor.
There is nothing interesting in that dropbox, this is also public.
Worst case: Someone knows my account and tries to hijack it: And doesn't get more data than the ones in the public directory anyway.
Less worse case: The image diasppears here because it has been deleted.
Happens elsewhere too.

In my case they couldnt even been displayed and opening the image directly yielded me a 403 (forbidden).
Well it works now (obviously), but it isnt the first time direct dropbox links cause problems (for example pasting a mp3 db link into my mediaplayer wont work, I have to use a browser to dl it first). I guess the links are not as "direct" as they seem and theres a lot of rewriting going on in the backgroud...
As for security reasons? idgaf ;p

Yeah, I thought so. Luckily there isn't anything interesting in my Dropbox. And also my desk isn't so interesting, so I won't try to display it for the third time..
the lack of chaos on those (private) desks is kinda disturbing :D
okkie: wasn't that scamp keyboard ? :D
Our office is in a former hospital. We got to keep the fancy looking but obsolete thingamabobs
mayday: i guess you still didn´t get wysiwtfs hint...he tried to tell you that you are linking from your PRIVATE dropbox! ;) In order to let other people use data stored in your dropbox you need to copy it into the PUBLIC-folder and link from there. While they just changed that i think, i guess you have to declare your folders as "public" now or sth alike. (I am still using the original PUBLIC-folder and it works as always, so no idea how they changed it!)
oh work work place? not home work.. :D
here
here
jco: cool! home? :)
leGend: nope, workplace :) custom-built studio, place where I can do loud things. I do sometimes sleep there though.
That RG7 Prestige though. Fuck you seriously :P
Gargaj, it's an entry level RG7 ;) My guitar skillz don't deserve a Prestige. It does have EMG 707 pickups though. You know, for that certain death sound. Don't have a HM2 sadly :(
I didn't know they made RG-s with an insert trim? Or is it just weird on the photo?
Or wait, is it one of the Iron Label ones if it has EMG?
I don´t know if it´s the same with Ibanez...
...but i got myself a Jackson for ~300bucks...the thing is the pickups are the same as on the 3000bucks-ones...just the wood is different (and cheaper) and it´s made in China. With Jacksons it seems to be the exact same guitars, just where it is assembled makes the price-difference...China is cheapest, followed by India, then idk and the expensive ones come from Japan and the most expensive from the USA. Cheaper workers cheaper Guitar.
So if you really want that Ibanez RG7 so hard, maybe read up about that matter and see if it´s the same for Ibanez and maybe get one made in China then! ;) (May miss some extras though! ;) )
I am very happy with the Jackson, it does not exactly sound as good as a 3000€-version from the US but the difference is really not that big.
