I can't submit remote entry for TDF2017

I was going to submit remote entry for TDF2017 but I get this message?
"Please complete registration above (click Submit!) first in order to use the uploader."
and there were no submit button thing above. WTF is going on?

yeah, looks like it's not redirecting properly to wherever it needs to go. I get the same error if i 'sign in' with sceneID or Google.
