lvd: Someone put this in the wrong Dihalt. I deleted the wrong party info and put it into Dihalt lite.

We've been requested by Universtiy-of-Warsaw (MiNi department) to remove last part of this demo with special thanks section and list of their students.

They didn't approve final version of this prod and we fully support this request.
