shifter: I think you can do 3D of course (like Ikaruga, Border Down, R-Type, Shikigami no Shiro, ...) but it should be a 2D gameplay.

Much less than in the '91 version. And it can't hold up to any of the shooters Keops and I argue over being the best.

Truck: After the use of Google I assume there is no SDK for the NeoGeo, you have to code stuff yourself. Finding some memory maps should be a bit easier.
