Come and join us for a weekend full of fun, competitions and meeting of old and new friends - on the first weekend in October in the pulsating city of Berlin, Germany.
Expect a wide variety of competitions, amazing live-acts, seminars, retro-gaming and much more yet to be announced..
We look forward to partying with you and of course are thrilled to see your entries, regardless of platform!

The partyplace is located in the north-east of Berlin, easily reachable by plane, car or train. It features space for up to 200 people, a big outdoor area (bonfire!), a separate sleeping area, nearby shops, hotels and lots more.

We released an invitation this weekend at evoke, partly made at the partyplace - we were finally done 4 hours after the official deadline - thank you evoke orgas! :)

It's not really important but after trying to do some outreach I was asked for the costs.

Sadly missed it last year, will definitely try to be there this time as long as I'm in town. Nice to see something happening here in Berlin :)
The entrance fee will probably be 35€ for the weekend again. We're currently talking to sponsors, maybe we can lower it to 30€ and/or provide day-tickets.

Why no 4k compos ?
You can always enter your prod into the 8k compo. If we get enough entries, we might split into a separate 4k compo.
I heard 5k is quite popular in the States right now. Have you thought about adopting that idea?

The doors will officially open around 14-15 o' clock, but if you arrive earlier we surely won't let you wait in the rain. ;)
Some might be interested in the fact that there's also a "Vintage Computing Festival" happening in Berlin that weekend. Maybe worth a quick visit among the partying :)
True - I heard it's pretty good - it's surely worth a visit as well. :) (Entrance is free of charge - cause it's funded by university afaik)
..and the MakerFaire is on that weekend as well - it's the weekend of the Nerds is Berlin! (We made sure that we don't have any collisions with other demoparties, well you can't have it all)
