Looking for ProTracker 2.3D source code

I've found a copy of V2.0, although I've not managed to assemble it yet, well I have but it just crashes.

Bump again. Still looking for the source code or a disassemble of either PT2.3A, B, C or D. Did anyone get in touch with Peter "Crayon" Hanning or Detron?
I tried to disassemble PT2.3D with ReSource 6.06 and IDA 6.6 (Windows), but none of the sources would compile with asmone because of incompatible keywords and stuff. ReSource had big problems, the diassembly output had no hope. :P

I managed to assemble the Pt23d.s file by Super-Hans with ASM-Pro, but when ran it looks like this:
