I really enjoyed the pepperschnapps I got at Revision 14 and 15 and was wondering if anyone might want to share their recipe?

few years back i btw tried to make 'pepperschnapps' by just cutting a few habaneros in pieces and let that soak inside a bottle of vodka. sadly a waste of good vodka because it was basically a stomach ulcer in a bottle and i bet even Satan would not drink that :D

Same could be said from Gallstone/FIG's Habanero Vodka.. one sip and ULCER IS HERE!

legend: luckily i have a prescription for quite strong PPIs due to my chronic stomach condition, perhaps i could make a vodka-mix with those :P

Blasphemy to brew such a wonderful beverage in a bottle that originally contained something so awful as club-mate ... Besides that, looks about the right amount of pepper. Keep it in there for at least a month, the longer, the better.

I tasted them after a week and they are quite strong already. The jalapeño one is quite nice in flavor and the hotness kicks in quite lately and smoothly. The pepper one smells nice and sort of hits you on the head with a brick already. I approve.

Even more blasphemy!... Pepperschnapps should not be touched before at least a month have passed!
btw, another good vodka drink is throwing some 'zure beertjes' (like haribo gold bears but with an acidic (sauer) taste. and there are equivalents that'll work) in it.. just, don't use many or the sugar level gets too intense. plus the weird light brownish slug that remains in the bottom is a very weird chemical substance that i dunno if it's healthy for you :D
Now I probably will be frowned upon even more, but I had to bottle the schnapps this soon, 'cause it was rumored that there might again be a demo show at Gulasch Programmier Nacht. This seemed like a nice opportunity to try this cruel abomination of liquor.
