@Shockwav3 - what you are doing is extremely awesome, and if I still had a machine with an ISA slot I would buy one (actually, I may do if my parents haven't thrown out my old P100). I sold my 1MB GUS classic years ago for NZ$100 but still dearly miss that card. There was something special about going from SB16 to GUS, much like the first time playing DooM with a sound card when you're used to PC speaker.

Nowdays all my sound comes from diy USB DACs.

It's an "opt-in" project - so either you help me out with something (I haven't fully dug into dumping/replicating the ROM yet) or via donations (anything goes) - every contributor/donor will get PCBs (with the InterWave presoldered if requested) at the same costs I bought them for (probably $15-$25 - InterWave chip included for free with every PCB), other parts shouldn't be more than $20 combined. Oh and you'll get your nickname included on the PCB :D

Just a small follow up ... once the new GUS project is be finished I'd certainly like to donate the GUS (in case I get chosen) further either to Charlie (who has an awesome GUS memorial wall) or the "Computergamemuseum" here in Berlin (they have a small booth for demoscene stuff) or the Signallabor of the Humboldt University (which has a decent collection of classic computers, offers group visits and occasionally holds workshops regarding classic computers and everything related to it [recently did a workshop regarding preserving [ophraned] software and the law-side of things]).
