We are having this conversation now with the guys at the other end of the pond, it's seems very reasonable to me so far. I feel better about it now that it has, at least, recognized. More will come I'm sure, but in the meantime I'm putting this to rest - nothing more to say.

aMusic, you're actually in a strong position to negociate, especially as they already started official communication through Sony... my opinion is they will try to get an official authorization for commercial use from you, but at the smallest cost possible.

Looks like things are moving very reasonably and very professionally. It makes me very happy to see that the artist is being respected this time (unlike the past). As such, there's no need to escalate this further. As navis said.. putting this to rest.

Maybe they could fix the GEMA problems at a certain easterparty once and for all. Wouldn't that be something?

from my understanding... I support aMUSIC. It's better to get a talk with the person involve with respect rather than going with frustration, emotion and disrespect.

aMUSIC did got contacted prior they use the video. Also, a contact has been establish with some agreements.

Was the agreements good or not? Well, I think that's another topic in which it involve ASD only...

I am curious to know if they took a look to other ASD demos prior to choose spin? Did they saw 'rupture'?

I wonder if they considered other classics like Rob is jarig and Winnerdemo?
