back from post-revision holidays. one of the best parties ever! days flew by too fast, partially due to heavy boozing every day, i gotta admit, but also due to action packed fun and all the people!

So, OK then.. it's been almost a week, and I'm almost recuperated :D

First of all, I had a great time, and I think the party was better this year than last year. The willingness to renew and try out new stuff and in general improve stuff makes me believe that next year will be even better the next year again.
Massive respect to the organizing team for the effort you put in, the quality of your work and for the nice mood you set for the party.

Secondly, thank you to all the people who helped me out when I suddenly became organizer for a few hours, and ran around the hall not knowing shit about anything. You are all very patient people.
Special greetings to [shd], you are all kinds of brilliant :)

I absolutely loved the live coding compo, and being part of it was a lot of fun. Seeing Blueberry dancing in the chair while coding along to the tunes I played was just one of Those Moments that made the party great for me this year.
Being on stage with alkama and Ronny was an honor and a pleasure :)

Thanks to everyone who came to my seminar, hope it was both fun and inspiring :)

And then Sunday night, oh Sunday night. Been both anticipating and dreading this for a good while, the next time I'll just be anticipating. You guys in the crowd were mad, at times the mood was just electric. Playing music from the last 24 years (oh yeah) to a dancing crowd proves that good music will always be good music. And H0ffman.. you are just great, thanks for everything - I had an absolute blast!
(PS: Someone took a photo of me prominently featuring my mustache ring during the gig. I'd like to see it if possible :)

I met and talked to so many people during the party that there's no chance I can do a full greetings list. So I won't, but I appreciate you all :)

Is there a set or lineup of the played music during the GFX-Compos? I heard a nice version of the "dope.mod". Can anyone give me a name or link? KB?

For some portion of some of the compos, Nectarine was used as the background music. If this was indeed true during the graphics compo you are thinking of, it must be one of these (2nd through 7th entries). However based on request history, Onward (with the popcorn) by Jugi seems to be your best bet. Last request was on April 20th, 2014. Smack in the middle of the party.
