A couple of things here aside fro w00t's excellent post.
That post is related to a desktop that is long gone. Bro, I don't even run off my laptop's hdd these days.
On top of that I was asking some fairly specific linux advice - if you can't keep up then maybe you shouldn't be in the race.
Also dude, step away from the computer. I appreciate that you're giving me a lot of thought. That's kinda nice.
But the fact that you're extrapolating that I spend
Cheers w00t.

from the fact that I post pics of ladies from Australian TV pulling funny faces and the fact that I've asked about getting a tv tuner card to work on a debian desktop makes you look kinda obsessive. When I say 'kinda' I mean "scarily".enormous time screengrabbing tv shows
Cheers w00t.
Hi,
would you like to give some insight to the following questions, if possible:
1) what attracts you to this particular site
2) what satisfaction (if any) do you get from posting random images of women we (as europeans) have never heard of
just curious. thanks.

Navis, forget that, you'll never get an answer. The only things his mind can parse except images of women are insults. Countless people have tried asking him the same questions and he hasn't answered them even once.
oh, also kinda relevant:

It isn't that hard to add 1 and 1 together. Also, i'll fix this for you:

Putting words in my mouth for me now. Oh dear.
@Navis -
1) The sense of community, the caring attitude of many of it's members and the lively banter. Case in point above.
2) Little or none. But then my motivations aren't really about satisfaction.
wtf. XD

Now, now w00t.
It tends to be boring...
^ Oh look, there's another one.
Just to be srs for a moment. They find a vulnerability with openssl, the media gets wind of it and spends the greater part of a week running around bleating that "the sky is falling" and now is when they start to worry about every scriptkiddy on the planet trying to steal data?
I don't even.
